ABSTRACT

Objective:To evaluate the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing mode on quality of life, negative emotions and self-care ability of breast cancer patients by Meta-analysis.Methods:PubMed, Medline, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, EMbase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Biomedical Database, VIP and Wanfang Data were searched by computer. Randomized controlled trials on the application of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model in breast cancer patients were collected. According to the Cochrane system evaluation method, the quality evaluation and data extraction of the included studies were conducted, and the Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 14 randomized controlled trials involving 1 828 patients with breast cancer were included. Meta-analysis showed that multidisciplinary collaborative nursing mode could effectively improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients, and the combined effect was statistically significant( SMD=1.11, 95% CI 0.55-1.67, Z=3.89, P<0.05), relieving anxiety of breast cancer patients( WMD= -1.36, 95% CI -2.68 - -0.03, Z=2.01, P<0.05), and depression ( WMD= -1.23, 95% CI -2.16 - -0.29, Z=2.56, P<0.05), improve the self-care ability of patients, the Meta subgroup analysis results of 4 dimensions of Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale showed P<0.05, the combined effect was statistically significant. Conclusions:Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of breast cancer patients, such as anxiety and depression, and improve the self-care ability of patients, which is of great significance to improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To compare the clinical efficacy between wrist-ankle acupuncture and conventional acupuncture on shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) phaseⅠafter stroke.@*METHODS@#A total of 64 patients with SHS phaseⅠafter stroke were randomized into a wrist-ankle acupuncture group and a conventional acupuncture group, 32 cases in each group. On the basis treatment of internal medicine and conventional rehabilitation, wrist-ankle acupuncture was applied at upper 4 area, upper 5 area and upper 6 area on the affected side in the wrist-ankle acupuncture group, while acupuncture was applied at Jianyu (LI 15), Quchi (LI 11), Shousanli (LI 10), etc. on the affected side in the conventional acupuncture group. The treatment was given 30 min each time, once a day, 5 days a week for 3 weeks in both groups. Before and after treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score, degree of hand swelling, shoulder-hand syndrome scale (SHSS) score, Fugl-Meyer assessment for upper extremity (FMA-UE) score and modified Barthel index (MBI) score were observed, and the clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated in both groups.@*RESULTS@#After treatment, the VAS scores, degree of hand swelling and SHSS scores were decreased (P<0.05), and the FMA-UE scores and MBI scores were increased (P<0.05) compared before treatment in both groups; in the wrist-ankle acupuncture group, the VAS score, degree of hand swelling and SHSS score were lower (P<0.05), and the FMA-UE score and MBI score were higher (P<0.05) than those in the conventional acupuncture group. The total effective rate was 96.9% (31/32) in the wrist-ankle acupuncture group, which was superior to 90.6% (29/32) in the conventional acupuncture group (P<0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#Wrist-ankle acupuncture can effectively relieve pain and hand swelling, improve motor function of upper extremity and self-care ability of daily life in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome phaseⅠafter stroke, the therapeutic effect is superior to conventional acupuncture.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle functional exercise based on Snyder hope theory in patients after prophylactic stoma retraction.Methods:74 patients with low rectal cancer who underwent prophylactic stoma retraction from July 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing and pelvic floor muscle functional exercise. The patients in the intervention group received functional exercise intervention based on Snyder′s hope theory on the basis of the control group. The hope level and self-care ability of the patients in the two groups were evaluated before the intervention and 3 months after stoma restitution. The anal function of the patients in the two groups was evaluated 1 month and 3 months after stoma restitution.Results:Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the score of hope level and self-care ability between the two groups ( P>0.05). Three months after the operation, the score of hope level in the observation group was 36.20 ± 3.82, which was higher than that in the control group (31.26 ± 5.03) ( t = 4.63, P<0.05). Three months after the operation, the self-care ability score of the observation group was 123.57 ± 10.82, which was higher than that of the control group (108.23 ± 9.48) ( t = 6.31, P<0.05). One month and three months after stoma retraction, the anal function scores of the observation group were 12.03 ± 3.94, 5.91 ± 2.05 respectively, which were lower than those of the control group (13.86 ± 2.19, 7.26 ± 1.74) ( t = 2.40, 2.99, both P<0.05). Conclusion:Pelvic floor muscle functional exercise based on Snyder′s hope theory can improve the hope level of patients after stoma retraction, improve their anal function and improve their self-care ability.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the application effect of capacity, opportunity, motivation-behavior (COM-B) model based self-care health platform for colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy.Methods:A total of 84 patients with permanent enterostomy for colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into the intervention group and the control group by random number table method, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the intervention group was treated with a self-care health platform based on COM-B model. Patients′ self-care ability, self-efficacy level and the incidence of enterostomy-related complications were evaluated before and after the intervention.Results:Finally, 41 cases were included in the intervention group and 40 cases in the control group. Before intervention, there were no significant differences in self-concept, self-care skills, self-responsibility, health knowledge level and total score of self-care ability between the 2 groups ( P>0.05). After intervention, the total scores of self-concept, self-care skills, self-responsibility, health knowledge and self-care ability in the intervention group were (26.14 ± 1.13), (39.49 ± 2.13), (16.20 ± 2.08), (50.95 ± 5.56), (132.78 ± 6.47), which were higher than those in the control group (19.35 ± 2.07), (29.88 ± 3.52), (9.85 ± 3.25), (43.13 ± 6.71), (102.20 ± 11.47), the difference was statistically significant ( t values were 5.72-18.28, all P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in self-efficacy scores between the 2 groups ( P>0.05). After intervention, the self-efficacy score of the intervention group (88.20 ± 6.90) was higher than that of the control group (74.63 ± 3.59), the difference was statistically significant ( t=11.14, P<0.05). After intervention, the incidence of enterostomy-related complications in the intervention group was 7.31%(3/41), lower than 27.50%(11/40) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( χ 2=5.36, P<0.05). Conclusion:The construction of self-care health platform for colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy based on COM-B model can effectively improve the self-care ability and self-efficacy of patients, and reduce the incidence of complications.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the effect of hand making combined with social skills training on the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:According to random number table method, totally 120 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Second People ′s Hospital of Chuzhou City, Anhui Province from January to December 2019 were divided into observation and control groups, which had 60 patients in each groups, 10 cases and 7 cases fell off respectively. The control group received antipsychotic medication and routine nursing, meanwhile the general recreational activities (circles, radio exercises, etc.) and physical therapy were also carried out in the department and rehabilitation physical therapy center. The observation group was given hand making and social skills training for 12 weeks on the basis of the control group. The self-care ability and quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared before intervention, 6 and 12 weeks after intervention. Results:Before intervention, there was no statistical significance in the scores of World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL-BREF) and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) in 2 groups ( P>0.05). After 6 and 12 weeks of intervention, ADL scores in the observation group were (96.40±3.79) and (98.50±2.53) points, while those in the control group were (93.96±4.31) and (94.06±4.28) points. And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t values were 3.38, 6.36, P<0.05). However, after 6 weeks of intervention, there was no significant difference in WHOQOL-BREF scores between the two groups ( P>0.05); after 12 weeks of intervention, the scores of WHOQOL-BREF in the domains of G1(patients′ self-rated quality of life), G4(patients′ satisfaction with self-rated health status), physiology, psychology, social relations and environment in the observation group were (3.76±1.14), (3.86±1.03), (14.83±2.56), (15.04±3.07), (14.72±3.67) (14.55±3.22) points. The scores of the control group were (3.00±0.83), (3.34±0.90), (12.79±2.06), (12.70±2.45), (12.70±3.06) and (12.64±2.42) points. And the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t values were from 2.73 to 4.47, P<0.01). Conclusions:Hand making combined with social skills training can improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia, and it is an effective means of treatment to help the patients with schizophrenia to achieve recovery, out of the hospital, back to society.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To observe the therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture on cognitive dysfunction of traumatic brain injury.@*METHODS@#Seventy patients with cognitive dysfunction of traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 35 cases in each group. After treatment, 5 cases dropped off in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with cognitive training; the patients in the observation group were treated with cognitive training and scalp acupuncture at Baihui (GV 20), Sishencong (EX-HN 1), Zhisanzhen and Niesanzhen, and the needles were retained for 6 h. The two groups were treated once a day, 6 times a week; one-month treatment was taken as one course, and 3 continuous courses were given. The scores of mini-mental state examination (MMSE), Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA), activity of daily living (ADL) and functional independence measure (FIM) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.@*RESULTS@#Compared before treatment, the MMSE and MoCA scores in the observation group, and ADL and FIM scores in the two groups were significantly increased after treatment (@*CONCLUSION@#Scalp acupuncture could improve cognitive function and self-care ability of daily life in patients with traumatic brain injury.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To explore the effect of guided half day education in rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.@*Methods@#100 children with cerebral palsy were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the length of hospitalization, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment and nursing, while the experimental group was given half-day education based on routine rehabilitation treatment and nursing. The changes of gross motor function (GMFM) and daily living activity (ADL) were observed and compared between the two groups before and 6 months after intervention.@*Results@#The GMFM scores of the experimental group before and after intervention were (41.85 ±4.26), (66.85 ±4.73) respectively, and those of the control group were (42.59±3.24), (56.59 ±3.63). There was no significant difference between the two groups (Z=1.33,12.17, P<0.05). The ADL scores of the experimental group before and after intervention were (40.43±9.78), (63.21±12.34), respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (Z=0.51, 4.42, P < 0.05). After intervention, the scores of five single A, B, C, D and E areas of GMFM in the experimental group were (94.8 ± 18.2), (76.3 ± 16.5), (36.4±16.7), (30.4±14.5), (19.4 ± 15.2), respectively. The control group was (85.1±14.7), (58.5±13.6), (26.1±13.4), (18.3±12.3), (12.7±10.7). There were significant differences between the two groups (Z=2.55-5.89, P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#Guided half-day process teaching combined with routine rehabilitation treatment and nursing can improve the gross motor and self-care ability of children with cerebral palsy, and its effect is better than that of simple medical rehabilitation..

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To explore the effect of introducing multi-dimensional care strategy based on the concept of cognitive goal implementation in patients with femoral head necrosis replacement.@*Methods@#From April 2016 to July 2018, 94 patients with femoral head necrosis were treated in Hainan Third People's Hospital. According to the digital table, the clinical subjects were named as study group and control group, 47 cases each. Among them, the control group carried out traditional intervention, while the research group carried out multi-dimensional care strategy based on the concept of cognitive goal implementation. The self-management ability, quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and 4 weeks after the intervention.@*Results@#After intervention, the scores of life behavior, rest and sleep, exercise, diet, medication compliance, self-monitoring, psychological counseling and regular reexamination in the study group were (2.0 ± 0.6), (1.9 ± 0.5), (1.8 ± 0.3), (2.0 ± 0.5), (2.4± 0.7), (2.0 ± 0.5), (2.1 ± 0.7) and (2.1 ± 0.6) respectively, which were higher than those in the control group (1.6 ± 0.4). There were significant differences in scores (t = 10.268-20.369, P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, physiological function, social function, mental health, emotional function, vitality, somatic pain and general health in the study group after intervention were (80.6 ± 6.5), (43.7 ± 4.2), (75.1 ± 6.1), (69.5 ± 5.1), (50.9 ±4.4), (66.5 ± 5.0), (79.3 ± 5.2) and (65.9 ± 6.0) respectively, which were higher than those in the control group (67.3 ± 4.2).) There were significant differences in scores (t = 11.803-18.277, P<0.05). The good rate of target implementation in the study group was 89.4% (42/47), which was higher than that in the control group (65.9% (31/47). The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 16.782, P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.9% (45/47), higher than that of the control group 85.1% (40/47). The difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.919, P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#Multidimensional care strategy based on the concept of cognitive goal execution can improve self-care ability and quality of life of patients with femoral head necrosis replacement, and improve patient satisfaction.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To observe the effects of continuous nursing(CN) on rehabilitation of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) and to explore the effective interventive measures for CN.@*Methods@#Totally 129 admitted HICH patients from January to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into study group (63 cases) and control group (66 cases), the control group was handed with Handbook of stroke prevention and control before discharge, the study group received CN intervention, which included pre-discharge health education, family visits, patient management and video interview via WeChat App, group lecture and psychological support, self-nursing ability, motor function and ability of daily life and emotional condition were evaluated before and post discharge, and the disabled ratio 6 months after discharge between the 2 groups were compared.@*Results@#The 2 groups with the scores of exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCA) were increased significantly compared with before discharge (all P<0.05) ; the study group with the ESCA scores 3 months and 6 months after discharge were significantly higher than the control group [3months:118.5±8.2 vs. 112.3±7.5; 6 months: 127.7±8.7 vs. 119.3±9.1] (all P<0.05) . Fugl Meyer score and Barthel index of the 2 group after discharge were both lower than the pre-discharge levels (all P<0.05); Fugl Meyer score and Barthel index of the study group 3 months and 6 months after discharge were significantly higher than the control group [3 months: Fugl Meyer score 73.3±7.3 vs. 69.4±6.9; Barthel index 56.5±8.0 vs. 51.8±7.3; 6 months: Fugl Meyer score77.6±8.0 vs. 74.5±7.2; Barthel index 67.5±8.7 vs. 63.0±7.4] (all t=2.291-3.454, P<0.05). Two groups with HAD score after discharge were significantly decreased compared with before discharge (P<0.05); the study group with the HAD-A and HAD-D scores 3 and 6 months after discharge were significantly lower than the control group[3 months: HAD-A 6.75±2.23 vs. 8.02±2.85; HAD-D 6.07±1.75 vs. 7.23±1.94; 6 months: HAD-A 5.93±2.04 vs. 6.84±2.37; HAD-D 5.86±1.47vs. 6.75±1.76] (all P<0.05) . The study group with the re-admission rate and disabled ratio within 6 months after discharge were both lower than the control group, but the differences without statistical significance (all P>0.05).@*Conclusion@#The HICH patients added with CN can significantly improve self-care ability, improve prognosis; patient management via WeChat App and group lecture & psychological support are effective measures to carry out CN.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy and safety of fluorouracil combined with paracetamol in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its effects on related indexes. METHODS: Totally 115 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were divided into control group (57 cases) and observation group (58 cases) according to medication plan. Control group was given Paracetamol tablets 0.3 g orally, 3 times a day, for consecutive 8 weeks. Observation group was additionally given intra-articular injection of Fluorouracil injection 0.075 g on the basis of control group, once a week, 4 times as a treatment course, for 2 courses in total. Clinical efficacies, VAS scores, Lysholm knee scores, Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) scores, Barthel indexes, WHO QOL-BREF scores before and after treatment and the occurrence of ADR of 2 groups were observed. RESULTS: The total response rate of observation group was 94.83%, which was significantly higher than 78.95% of control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in VAS score, Lysholm knee scores, FMA scores, Barthel index or QOL-BREF scores between 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment, VAS scores of 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group; Lysholm knee scores, FMA scores, Barthel indexes and QOL-BREF scores were significantly higher than the same group before treatment, and observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups (P>0.05). No severe ADR was found in 2 groups during treatment. CONCLUSIONS: Fluorouracil combined with paracetamol can significantly improve therapeutic efficacy of patients with knee osteoarthritis, and can significantly improve knee function, motor function, self-care ability and quality of life without increasing the occurrence of ADR.

The difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.919, P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional care strategy based on the concept of cognitive goal execution can improve self-care ability and quality of life of patients with femoral head necrosis replacement, and improve patient satisfaction.

ABSTRACT

Methods 100 children with cerebral palsy were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the length of hospitalization, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment and nursing, while the experimental group was given half-day education based on routine rehabilitation treatment and nursing. The changes of gross motor function (GMFM) and daily living activity (ADL) were observed and compared between the two groups before and 6 months after intervention. Results The GMFM scores of the experimental group before and after intervention were (41.85 ±4.26), (66.85 ±4.73) respectively, and those of the control group were (42.59±3.24), (56.59 ±3.63). There was no significant difference between the two groups (Z=1.33,12.17, P<0.05). The ADL scores of the experimental group before and after intervention were (40.43 ± 9.78), (63.21 ± 12.34), respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (Z=0.51, 4.42, P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of five single A, B, C, D and E areas of GMFM in the experimental group were (94.8 ± 18.2), (76.3 ± 16.5), (36.4 ± 16.7), (30.4 ± 14.5), (19.4 ± 15.2), respectively. The control group was (85.1±14.7), (58.5±13.6), (26.1±13.4), (18.3±12.3), (12.7±10.7). There were significant differences between the two groups (Z=2.55-5.89, P<0.05). Conclusion Guided half-day process teaching combined with routine rehabilitation treatment and nursing can improve the gross motor and self-care ability of children with cerebral palsy, and its effect is better than that of simple medical rehabilitation..

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on neurological function and daily living ability of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From January 2014 to June 2017,one hundred and twenty-three patients with cerebral hemorrhage which hospitalized in the Department of Neurosurgery of Hebei Provincial Corps Hospital were selected and randomly divided into three groups: acupuncture group, acupuncture + hyperbaric oxygen group ( combined group ) and control group. The acupuncture group was given acupuncture on the basis of routine medical treatment after minimally invasive surgery treatment; the combined group was treated with acupuncture treatment as well as hyperbaric oxygen therapy after minimally invasive surgery; the control group was only treated with conventional medical therapy without any special treatment. The scores of nerve function defect,Fusl-Meyer motor function assessment scale,daily living ability score,cognitive function score,Glasgow coma scale at the 40th day of admission were evaluated and compared respectively,and the clinical effect were evaluated as well. Results After treatment, the NHISS score of the control group,the acupuncture group and the combined group decreased in turn. The score of Fusl-Meyer exercise function rating scale, the daily living ability score, the cognitive function score and the Glasgow coma scale were increased in turn, and the differences were statistically significant ( F=276. 620, 76. 050,31. 770,116. 598,33. 745,P<0. 01) . The total effective rate of the control group,acupuncture group and combined group increased sequentially (61%,76%,90%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=18. 547,P<0. 01) . Conclusion Acupuncture therapy for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively promote the improvement of nerve function, daily living ability and prognosis. Acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen can get more obvious therapeutic effect.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the effects of continuous care on acute leukemia (AL) children with PICC in remission induction stage after discharge from hospital. Methods 102 AL children with PICC during July 2014 and December 2016 were enrolled and then were randomly divided into study group (n=52) and control group (n=50): the control group was given routine discharge guidance, and the study group received continuous care, which contained synchronous health education to children and parents before discharge, home visits, patient management through WeChat platform and lectures and psychological support. The parental care ability and quality of life of children after 3 months were evaluated, and PICC complications were recorded during intubation. Result The self-care ability,negative emotions like anxiety and depression and quality of life in the study group were all significantly improved as compared with the control group and the time for intubation was shorter and the total rate of complications lower as well(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing can significantly improve the parental self-care ability of the AL children with PICC after discharge,reduce complications from intubation and improve their quality of life and help to improve parent's the negative emotions.

ABSTRACT

Objective To construct a Self Rating Scale for Self Care Ability of puerperal women, and to provide pertinent assessment tools for family, community and hospital to evaluate the self-care ability of puerperium women. Methods Guided by the theory of Orem self-care, the initial scale of Self Rating Scale for Self Care Ability of puerperal women was preliminarily constructed through literature review, qualitative interview, group discussion and Delphi (Delphy expert consultation). Delphi method was used to conduct 3 rounds of questionnaire consultation among 18 experts, and the reliability of the method was tested by expert's positive coefficient, authority coefficient and coordination coefficient. Results The questionnaire recovery rates of 3 rounds of consultation experts were 20/21, 18/20 and 18/18, respectively, coordination coefficient was 0.322, 0.347, 0.502, respectively, and the expert authority coefficient was 0.88. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the results of expert consultation, Self Rating Scale for Self Care Ability of puerperal women included the initial 3 dimensions of self-care attitude, self-care knowledge and self-care skills and 42 items. Conclusions Self Rating Scale for Self Care Ability of puerperal women has high reliability, which can be used as an assessment tool for self nursing ability of puerperal women.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the application effect of Interactive continuing nursing intervention model with three subjects and two tracks,which is based on internet and applied to chronic heart failure patients.Methods During January 1 to December 30,2017,110 chronic heart failure patients,who were going to discharge from the Second People's Hospital of Guangdong Province,were selected for this research.Participants were equally divided into control group and observation group with random number table with 55 cases each.Participants were adopted conventional medication and traditional care,while patients in control group were given extra interactive continuing nursing intervention with three subjects and two tracks,which was relied on internet-based cardiovascular disease management platform.Comparing patients' scores of life quality,self-care ability,anxiety and depression degree before intervention and that in 6 months after intervention with Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire (MLHFQ),Self Care of Heart Failure Index (SCHFI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) respectively.Moreover,6 minute walk test was conducted,simultaneously,the incidence of cardiovascular events was calculated respectively before intervention,3 months after intervention and 6 months after intervention.Results It showed that total scores of MLHFQ,SCHFI,SAS and HAMD for patients in observation group before intervention were (49.05 ± 4.39),(101.57 ±21.04),(58.3 ± 5.2) and (40.1 ± 3.5) points respectively while that for patients in observation group after 6 months intervention were (43.03 ± 6.85),(123.17 ± 18.23),(42.3 ± 4.2) and (24.4 ± 4.3) points respectively.The difference was statistically significant (t =5.49-20.60,all P <0.01).In comparison,intervention effect of observation group was better than that of control group,although,the SAS scores of the control group were statistically significant.Furthermore,after intervention,the difference of MLHFQ,SCHFI,SAS and HAMD scores were statistically significant(t =3.48-17.79,all P <0.01).Moreover,6 months after intervention,6 minute walk test evaluation showed that there was statistical significance between observation group and control group (~=8.11,P <0.05).Besides,The death rate in observation group was lower than that in control group after 6 months intervention (~=6.30,P <0.05).Meanwhile,readmission rate after 3 months and 6 months indicates that there was statistical significance between observation group and control group(x2=5.25,6.30,P <0.05).Conclusions Interactive nursing intervention model with three subjects and two tracks which based on internet is able to enhance chronic heart failure patients' self-care ability and life quality,decrease the incidence of cardiovascular events and negative emotion of patients.

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive intervention based on conception of knowledge and belief on cognition level and negative moods in the lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. Methods Toally 84 lung cancer patients hospitalized in our hospital from March 2014 to November 2015 were equally divided into the study group and the control group by a random digit table. The control group received the traditional model of nursing, while the study group was treated with cognition intervention based on conception of knowledge and belief as well as the same routine care as in the control group for 4 weeks. Before and after 4 weeks intervention, the two groups were compared in terms of their knowledge, belief, behaviors, self care ability, depression and anxiety. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of their knowledge, belief, behaviors, self care ability, depression and anxiety (all P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores on knowledge, belief, behavior and self care ability in the study group were all significantly higher than those of the control group and the scores on anxiety and depression were both statistically significantly lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion The cognition intervention based on conception of knowledge and belief on cognition level and negative moods to the lung cancer patients is effective in improvement of their knowledge, belief, behavior as well as in alleviation of their anxiety and depression.

Objective To study effect of self-care ability and subjective well-being of Based on peer support surgery nursing intervention for ICU surgery patients. Methods A total of172 cases patients with ICU surgery from July 2014 to June 2015 were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group given based on peer support nursing intervention, the control group routine nursing intervention, and followed up for 6 months, self-care ability, anxiety, depression, and subjective well- being were compared between two groups. Results Followed up for 6 months, the observation group life attitude, life style, diet adjustment, treatment compliance were (79.92 ± 7.23), (82.36 ± 7.15), (83.57±7.25), (85.73±7.45) points, significantly higher than the control group (72.25±7.12), (74.79±6.89), (73.66±7.08), (76.68±7.13) points, (t=7.010-9.069, P<0.01). Anxiety and depression scores were 47.16± 4.27, 48.58±5.32,which were significantly lower than the control group 50.48±4.56, 53.37±5.75 (t=4.928, 5.671, P<0.05). Health worry, life satisfaction and interests, energy, sad or happy mood, emotion and behavior control, relaxation and tension, subjective well-being scored 8.12±0.95, 7.68±0.85, 16.45±2.31, 13.02±1.24,13.25±1.33, 17.56±2.45, 78.69±8.02, were significantly higher than the control group 7.52± 0.82, 6.31±0.72,13.25±1.22, 12.35±1.22, 12.02±1.21, 14.36±1.42, 67.12±7.02 (t=3.572-11.405, P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions Based on peer support surgery nursing intervention help to improve self-care ability of surgery patients, alleviate the negative mood, and improve subjective well-being.

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of case management care practice on the self-care ability of the elderly patients with prostate cancer during the endocrine therapy. Methods About 84 patients were divided into two groups by drawing lots. About 41 cases in the control group continued their treatment after discharge and consulted the nurses or doctors by phone call in case of problems. The 43 cases in the observation group was treated with case management for 3 months. The self-care ability was compared between the groups before and after the intervention. Result After the intervention, the ESCA total score of the observation group, self-care skills, self protection responsibility and health knowledge level were significantly higher than that of the observation group before intervention and that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of the case management can improve the self-care ability, health knowledge level, self-care skill and sense of responsibility of the elderly patients with prostate cancer during the endocrine therapy, eventually improving the patient's ability in self care.
